Again in 2023, the Rockin’ the Route Kickoff Concert and street party will feature the number one cover band in America – the Emerald City Band at 8:00 p.m. This high-energy 13-piece band featuring a set list from 1960s Motown to 1970s disco/funk/ R&B to 1980s jams and all the way up to current hits!
